ClearVu IQ Case Study

Enablement That Scales—Atomic Modules → Role Bundles → Multi-Surface Delivery

Overview

ClearVu IQ is an early-stage healthcare SaaS supporting linen operations across multiple roles (clinical staff, supply chain/EVS, admins, site admins, suppliers, and managers). In a fast-moving product with limited onboarding bandwidth, onboarding and “how do I do X?” questions often fell back on founder-led walkthroughs—time-consuming to deliver and expensive to keep current as workflows changed.

I built a scalable enablement architecture that treats training like a maintainable system: atomic feature modules that can be recombined into role-based bundles, then surfaced across multiple entry points (in-product, help desk knowledge base, and in-person onboarding materials).

Problem

  • Fast release cadence: traditional end-to-end videos become outdated quickly.

  • Role complexity: users don’t think in “features”—they think in job responsibilities and workflows.

  • Early-stage, low structure: onboarding depended on ad hoc explanations and founder time.

Goals

  • Reduce reliance on founder-led onboarding by enabling self-serve, role-specific guidance.

  • Make enablement update-ready: swap modules when a feature changes instead of rebuilding full walkthroughs.

  • Improve comprehension by pairing “where to click” with “what changed in my day-to-day work.”

What I Owned

  • Role mapping and enablement information architecture (6-role structure)

  • Tutorial system design (atomic modules → bundles → surfaces)

  • Tool selection rationale and distribution plan (in-product + Zoho Help Desk integration)

  • Onboarding support materials (“day in the life” role brochure)
