Gabrielle Sun
I build systems that turn complex AI products into something users can actually adopt and teams can actually scale.
My background sits at the intersection of systems design, product/engineering, and education. I started building pretty early — while I was still in school, I built a learning management platform for K–12 project-based learning.
Across several roles at EY, I’ve worked on different parts of the enablement problem:
onboarding and ramping new hires;
building sales enablement programs around consultative selling and relationship building;
designing skill-based pathways from individual contributor to leadership;
and more recently, supporting change management and adoption for AI and new tools.
I’ve also spent a lot of time around startups and early-stage teams. I’ve helped teams think through customer education and enablement from scratch, designing the operating model and content strategy from launch to adoption.
Most recently, I’ve become much more of a hands-on AI builder. I’ve been designing agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop systems, evaluation, feedback capture, and reusable context. A lot of those building blocks are now coming together into what I think of as an AI-native Content OS, a system that puts AI and humans where each is actually strongest.
